We're going to Alex the Policeman's wedding on Sunday. Our first night away from the girls at the same time. It's been two and a half years so I think it's time! They've been unwell for a few weeks though - flu, scarlet fever, you know the usual - so are being particularly clingy. It'll be fine!
My dilemma is what to wear. I'm going to pull out one of my trusty Samantha Sung Audrey dresses (my favourite Shibori flower in Indigo) but I need accessories. 
Last time I wore it to a wedding it was summer and I wore hot pink peep toes. But it's cold!! And there will be no bare legs going on, not to mention they look like the underbelly of a pale fish. Some people seem able to do peep toes with tights but I am not one of them. And toeless tights always seem to fail me, but of tight peeking out the peep? No, thank you.
Classic nude court shoes? I've tried to buy sensible, versatile nude shoes a few times and always walk out with something completely different (pink!) but perhaps I should give it another try? We shall see...
